05. How to Use Demo Trading on Bitget

Before starting futures trading, Bitget provides a simulation futures trading system (Demo Trading). It is possible to run strategic trading without the danger of asset loss, and beginners have the chance to run a simulation before futures trading with actual assets.

 

 

1. Log in to Bitget ➡︎ [Futures] ➡︎ [Demo Trading]

 

Log in to your Bitget account, and hover the cursor over [Futures]. Select between USDT-M Demo / Simulated USDC Futures / Coin-M Futures Demo. Each corresponds to USDT-M Futures / USDC Futures / Coin-M Futures, respectively.

 

 

2. Details on the UI

 

 

1. Trading Pair

Shows Market Price, Index Price, High/Low Price, 24h Volume, Funding Rate

 

2. Chart

 

3. Order Book

 

4. Place Order

Open Long/Short Positions, Set Leverage, Margin Mode, Order Type(Limit/Market), Price, Amount, ect.

 

 

3. Start Simulation Trading

Choose the assets you want to trade by clicking on the SBTC/SUSDT located at the left corner of the screen. S in SBTCSUSDT stands for Simulation, which means simulation trading.

 

Select [Margin Mode] : Isolated / Cross and Adjust Leverage (1x ~ 125x)

 

Select Order Type (Limit/Market) and Set Stop Loss/Take Profit Ratio (optional)

 

 

4. Place Order ➡︎ Monitor Position

Complete and place your order by clicking Buy/Long or Sell/Short.

 

 

 

 

5. Close Position

Close Position by clicking on the [Close] button located next to the open position.

 

 

 

 

6. Order History

You can see the Order History after Open/Closing the position.
