16. How to Trade Leveraged Tokens on Bybit

Bybit Leveraged Tokens are derivatives products with no margin or liquidation risks, but include leveraged assets, unlike margin and futures trading. Each leveraged token represents Perpetual Contract positions(Long/Short) with leverage. This means that when you trade a Leveraged Token, you will be investing in contracts for the underlying asset.

 

 

 

 

1. Log in to Bybit ➡︎ Click [Trade] ➡︎ [Leveraged Tokens]

Log in to your Bybit account and go to [Leveraged Tokens] under [Trade].

 

 

 

 

2. Select Leverage Token ➡︎ Click [Trade]

Select a leveraged token and click [Trade]. The leveraged tokens' names are consisted of the cryptocurrency name + leverage + position.

For example, BTC3L means BTC 3x Long. 1% price rise will mean 3% rise, hence the 3x leverage.

 

 

 

 

3. Select [Order Type] ➡︎ Enter [Order Value] and [Qty]

Select the [Order Type] - Limit/Market and enter the price if making limit orders. Enter the [Order Value] or [Qty] and click Buy/Sell to confirm your order.

 

 

4. Check Trade History

Your order will be shown at the [Trade History] as shown below.
