9. Golden Cross

 

What is Golden Cross?

A golden cross is a phenomenon in which the 20 moving average rises above the 60 moving average, and it is considered a good time to buy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

As you can see in the picture above, the red line is the 20 moving average and the blue line is the 60 moving average.

 

If the red 20 moving average, which was below the blue, breaks through the 60 moving average, it is highly likely that the steep upward trend will continue.

 

At this time, the moving average is an abbreviation of the moving average. If the 20 MA is the average price purchased for 20 days, the 20 MA is a short-term trend. If you interpret the breaking golden cross, it is interpreted that the recent short-term uptrend is strong, and therefore the price will rise.

The red 20 moving average breaks through the blue 60 moving average. If you look at the stock price as well, the price is rising steeply.
