09. How to Margin Trade on FTX

 

 

1. Log in to FTX ➡︎ Click [Spot]

Log into your FTX account and click [Spot] as shown below.

 

 

 

2. Select [Ticker]

Select the pair you want to trade. I will choose ETH/USD as an example.

 

 

 

 

3. Select [Margin Mode]  ➡︎  [Order Type] ➡︎ Enter [Amount] ➡︎  [Place Order]

 

Check the Margin box and choose the order type(Limit/Market). Enter the Amount to Buy and click [Place Order].

 

 

 

 

You can check the [Borrowed Spot Position] as shown below. 

 

 

 

 

 

After closing position and sell, make sure to turn off the Margin Mode shown below.

 

 

 

4. Monitor Position and Trade History, Close Position

Monitor Position and Trade History at the bottom right corner of the screen.
