02. How to Set up 2FA (Google OTP) for Bitget

 

1. Log in to Bitget ➡︎ Click [Security Settings]

In order to complete the 2FA(2 Factor Athentication) using Google OTP, go to [Security Settings].

 

 

2. Click [Google Authenticator Code] ➡︎ [Setting]

To activate Google Authenticator, click [Setting] next to Google Authenticator code.

 

3. Download Google Authenticator App ➡︎ Save [Backup Key] ➡︎ Scan QR Code

 

Download the Google Authenticator App on App Store for iOS, Google Play for android.

 

Make sure to save the [Backup Key] in a safe place only you have access to (in case you can't access the Google Authentication App).

Scan the QR Code as shown below, using your Google Authenticator App.

 

4. Enter Google Authenticator Code (6 Digit Number)
 

Enter the Google Authentication Code (within 9 sec) and 2FA for your account will be completed.
